Infatti, il flusso di energia nel corpo \u00e8 strettamente legato al fluire del respiro e al lavoro della nostra mente. Ecco perch\u00e9 il <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pranayama<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (il \u201ccontrollo dell&#8217;energia\u201d) \u00e8 uno degli 8 pilastri dello yoga tradizionale: quando il flusso del prana \u00e8 calmo ed equilibrato, ecco che la mente si calma automaticamente. Non solo:\u00a0 con il tempo, e la sua pratica, il prana porta all&#8217;espansione della coscienza.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Consideriamolo, poi, dal punto di vista scientifico: ogni cellula vivente contiene ioni, atomi elettricamente carichi. Ed esistono due tipi di ioni nell&#8217;atmosfera: piccoli ioni negativi e grandi ioni positivi. Le campagne, per esempio &#8211; dove l&#8217;aria \u00e8 pulita, &#8211; sono cariche di ioni negativi; mentre le citt\u00e0, piene di smog, sono piene di ioni positivi. La scelta migliore, per una ricarica pranica in natura, \u00e8 trascorrere del tempo in prossimit\u00e0 dell&#8217;<strong>acqua<\/strong> che scorre (al fiume, o al mare); in <strong>montagna,<\/strong> soprattutto in cima o cresta e in qualsiasi luogo dove siamo esposti ai <strong>raggi del sole.<\/strong> Quindi: <strong>immergersi nella natura,<\/strong> respirare aria fresca, prendere il sole e fare il bagno in acqua pulita \u00e8 una ricetta perfetta per una ricarica energetica.<\/span><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Altre fonti di prana, poi, provengono da ci\u00f2 che immettiamo nel nostro corpo: seguire una <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.yoga-tuscany.com\/it\/eat-like-a-yogi-10-rules-of-a-yoga-diet__trashed\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">dieta vegetariana<\/a><\/strong>, fresca e bere acqua sono importanti non solo per la nostra salute, ma anche per una carica energetica. Il prana viene trasportato da correnti energetiche chiamate <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nad<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">i: proprio come le vene trasportano il sangue, i <strong>nadi<\/strong> trasportano il prana, e sono controllati dai centri energetici, i famosi <strong>chakra.<\/strong> Per assimilarne gli effetti positivi, dobbiamo imparare a controllarlo attraverso la mente, il respiro e i <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">bhandas<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: proprio il pranayama \u00e8 lo strumento che ci permette di lavorare al meglio sul nostro prana.
