Ah, inoltre, fa male a dirsi\u2026 ma 5 caff\u00e8 al giorno potrebbero non essere propriamente consigliati! <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ma (c&#8217;\u00e8 sempre un ma) una dieta yoga pura che mantiene il tuo corpo e la tua mente leggeri e chiari non deve essere sempre basata solo su cibi <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sattvici<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> perch\u00e9, <strong>in diversi momenti della nostra vita, potremmo aver bisogno di un nutrimento diverso.<\/strong> Inoltre, la dieta yoga varia da persona a persona e un regime alimentare che funziona alla grande per me, potrebbe non funzionare per te. Il passaggio da alimenti di origine animale a alimenti di origine vegetale \u00e8 cardioprotettivo: la dieta mediterranea protegge il cuore nella misura in cui si enfatizza il consumo di alimenti a base vegetale. Perch\u00e9 cibo fresco \u00e8 ricco di energia, di vitamine e di minerali: in esso troverai tutto ci\u00f2 che ti serve per nutrirti. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quando possibile, poi, scegli <strong>prodotti biologici locali privi di sostanze chimiche.<\/strong> Evita di acquistare frutta e verdura nei supermercati: questi, spesso, provengono da lunghe distanze e da produzioni intensive. Il meglio del meglio sarebbe, per iniziare la tua dieta vegetariana, avere un produttore locale di fiducia. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Devo ammettere di essere molto fortunata: vivo in Toscana, dove i <strong>prodotti a <\/strong><\/span><strong><i>km zero<\/i><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> sono diventati molto popolari e <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">reperibili <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">negli ultimi anni. E <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">km zero<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> significa avere frutta e verdura che arrivano direttamente dal produttore pi\u00f9 vicino a casa tua, cos\u00ec da limitare l&#8217;inquinamento atmosferico causato dal trasporto eccessivo di alimenti. La Toscana, inoltre, \u00e8 un&#8217;area prevalentemente rurale, dove \u00e8 piuttosto facile trovare produttori locali di frutta e verdura di alta qualit\u00e0: ma, quasi sicuramente, tutto questo \u00e8 possibile anche nella tua zona!<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section
