Be the light.
We’re all here only for a brief moment, so let’s laugh, do good and leave this world a better place.
I am a qualified 200 RYT Hatha Yoga Teacher accredited by the international YOGA ALLIANCE association.
I completed my 250h Integral Yoga education in marvelous Samadhi Yoga school in Florence. Being one of the best schools in Italy, it gave me excellent foundations to guide yoga classes with a 360 degree spectrum of skills and knowledge.
Not only of YOGA ASANAS, but also meditation, yoga lifestyle and philosophy, human anatomy, bio psychology, yoga diet and culture and many many more.
I am delighted every time I can share all that I have learned and experienced with people who are getting to know the world of yoga.
(long story short)
My adventure with yoga started over 10 years ago and since then it has accompanied me in my dynamic life across the world.
From Poland to London, then Italy, Australia, a gap year in Southeast Asia, then back to Berlin, Warsaw and finally Tuscany. It took me 14 years to find my place in the world and yoga guided me in that search.
It helped me sort out my priorities, review what I’ve done so far and think of where I wanted to take my life. I have worked in a creative industry and even though I have been fulfilled in my job, I felt that a little piece was missing.
I have been experiencing countless benefits of yoga – greater inner peace, more balanced personality, healthier body and mind to name just a few. Yoga develops genuine, healthy happiness and happiness is what we all look for, sometimes in all the wrong places. Everyone could benefit from yoga and I like helping people on that path.
With its beauty and simplicity, Tuscany makes you want to slow down, breathe and enjoy the here and now. It’s one of the most recharging and inspiring places I have been to and a wonderful yoga destination. It’s a land rich in culture, nature and vibrating with spirituality. It’s a place where you connect instantly with youself.
My soul is a fusion of photography and yoga. I never wanted to make the choice between the two, so I merged them into two complimentary aspects of my life and work. Because anything is possible, right?
I have been interested in health and wellness for as long as I can remember. But it’s not only body and mind that intrigue me, but most importantly the soul. I’ve been on a constant search for a life balance and since I love sharing, I do it on two levels.
By teaching yoga classes in Tuscany and yoga online and by writing a blog. I believe that with every person practising yoga, the world becomes a better place and I would like to contribute to the spread of good by sharing the practice.
And writing a blog? Well, it’s just fun! Tuscany is an amazing place and there is so much to write about. And take Tuscany + Yoga fusion and you have an endless list of things to share with the world.
How does Tuscany meet the principles of yoga? It is a region where a healthy diet is a norm, slow food movement is big and people treasure km 0 products. It’s where the word friend is the second most important after mother, where air isn’t polluted and you have year round access to magic sunsets. It inspires me incredibly and I hope it will inspire you too!
